2. Bank Refund

  • Flat ₹350 deducted (covers payment, logistics & handling costs)

  • Remaining amount refunded to your bank account

  • Processed within 24–48 hours after approval

  • Amount reflects within 5–7 working days


🚚 Return Pickup Made Simple

For Prepaid Orders

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup for you

  • Just keep the product packed and ready

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You can return the product by shipping it to our warehouse

  • Address will be shared after your request is approved


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, don’t worry—we’ll take full responsibility.

  • Report the issue within 4 days of delivery

  • We will arrange reverse pickup at no cost

  • You will receive a 100% refund (no deductions) for both prepaid and COD orders

To process this claim:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video (without cuts)

  • The defect or issue should be clearly visible in the video

Once we receive your item, it goes through a quick inspection:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

After approval:

  • Store credit → Instant

  • Bank refund → Initiated within 24–48 hours


📌 A Few Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Returns that fail quality check won’t be eligible for refund.
